One thought…

changed an experience I had shooting a basketball…

that inspired this WHOLE thing

I started off not hitting ANY shots…

then after this thought… something… magical… started… to… happen…

miss, miss, miss, basket…

then it took off…

I was siiinkingggg my shots… nothing but net!

when it wasn’t about the result - basket or no basket…

each shot then wasn’t personal…

didn’t MEAN anything about my ability…

so I kept moving… ENJOYING just shooting the basketball

this kept me in “the game” - which created better results overtime!!
